If you’ve paid for Muslimeet Premium but it’s not activated, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Check Your Payment Status: Ensure your payment was successfully processed by checking your app store’s purchase history (App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android).
- Restart the App: Close and reopen Muslimeet to refresh your subscription status.
- Restore Purchases:
- For iOS: Go to the Profile Settings in the app and select Restore Purchases.
- For Android: Open the Subscription section in the app and tap Restore Purchases.
- Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection to update your subscription.
If the issue persists, contact Muslimeet support through the Help & Support section in the app. Provide your purchase receipt or transaction ID to expedite the resolution process.
